Our second annual Paint Santa Rosa County contest has begun.  This year's theme is The History of Santa Rosa County.  Artwork can be about a person, place or thing. Submittals must be created during the contest period, October 2008-April 2009.  Accepted entries will be displayed at the Navarre Library in April 2009.
