How the GNBAA Works

The GNBAA Executive Board performs the routine business tasks of the organization necessary for compliance with a 501c3 non-profit organization The Secretary, Treasurer and Executive Director are elected each year by the general membership. The Chairperson and Vice Chairperson are Directors who volunteer, on a rotating basis, to preside at Director Meetings at the beginning of each year and also serve on the Executive Board. See our Directors page for a list of the various Directors and Committees designed to represent all of the various art forms in our community. The Executive Board meets regularly to conduct the business of the GNBAA. Ad Hoc committees are formed to carry out specific business on an as-needed basis.
