The GNBAA Executive Board performs the routine business tasks of the organization necessary for compliance with a 501c3 non-profit organization The Secretary, Treasurer and Executive Director are elected each year by the general membership. The Chairperson and Vice Chairperson are Directors who volunteer, on a rotating basis, to preside at Director Meetings at the beginning of each year and also serve on the Executive Board.
